Prices are per school, not per user — staff and guardian accounts are unlimited on every plan. A school larger than the biggest plan here is not a problem; tell us your numbers and we’ll quote you.
The fine print, unhidden
- What counts as a learner
- Enrolled learners in the current academic year. Learners who have left do not count against your limit, and their records stay for your reference.
- Setup
- We set up your academic year, import your first register and build your fee structure with you. That is part of the price, not an extra line.
- What happens after a trial
- Your data is yours. If you decide not to continue we export it for you rather than switching it off.
- Changing plan
- A school that grows past its limit moves up mid-year; we pro-rate rather than charging a full second year.
